Shortcut the Leadership Learning Curve in 4 Steps

Increase Your Confidence and Pursue New Opportunities

You’re seeking more challenge and success in your life, but you might be nervous about taking the leap, or you don’t know where to begin. You have worked for different supervisors, both good and bad, and you know how important professional development is. You want to avoid costly mistakes.

Successful leaders have admirable personal characteristics and confidence in themselves. They have willing followers because of the relationships they build. When you articulate a clear path and support the people around you, they will want to work hard for you.

You have unique development needs, and your path to leadership is an individual one. Instead of spending countless hours trying to figure things out, or paying for many books and courses, spend one hour and jumpstart your development.

In this webinar, you will begin your leadership journey, with four valuable tools to shorten the learning curve. Prepare to:

  1. Build self-awareness – Discover how to know and manage yourself effectively, so that you can be successful in a variety of situations. Build strategies that help you gain perspective on how others see you. Prepare to adjust your behaviour and communication, to better manage impressions others have of you. Plan to improve in a few areas that will have the most benefit for you.
  2. Increase positivity – Recognize your patterns of negativity, and change how you think about yourself and others. Choose to focus on strengths and potential, while creating your personal vision and mission and increasing self-acceptance and acceptance of others. Communicate more effectively and increase your chances of getting what you want.
  3. Overcome personal barriers – Become more aware of and begin to challenge your limiting beliefs, as you prepare to take on new roles. Develop strategies for dealing with a self-defeating inner voice and taking greater control over your life. See yourself achieving more than you thought possible.
  4. Bring the best out in others – Set the stage for interpersonal success, as you create good working relationships with a variety of different people. Recognize that each person approaches a situation from a “What’s in it for me?” point of view. Bring down the barriers between you, so you can have the types of conversations you need to have and develop win-win outcomes.

Be prepared for a hour of self-exploration, as you create a personal plan for success!
