Join us for a playful evening of sipping, slurping and, perhaps... a little shuckin-around?
Discover the flavour nuances of different regional oysters paired with creative garnishes and inspiring spirits. You'll learn how to identify different oysters based on taste, appearance and season and why they get along so well with certain other flavours.
You'll also get a quickie course in shuckery and learn how eating these beautiful bi-valves actually helps our ocean environment.

Here's What You Get:
-Guests will experience a guided tasting of a variety of West and East Coast oysters raw on the half-shell
-Enjoy pairings with locally crafted beverages and accoutrements to enhance the oyster tasting experience
-The skills to speak confidently to the characteristics of different oysters and how their unique merroir contributes to their distinctive flavour profiles
-Try your hand at shucking one yourself, if you're feeling bold! (don't worry, we'll show you how to do it safely and swiftly)

This event is all about RAW shellfish. The shellfish procured for this event goes through rigorous testing to ensure it is safe to consume, but there is always risk associated with eating any raw proteins.
