Cassie Roeske has a Masters in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from the Heart Institute and has spent 6 years working with world-renowned Scientists on cardiovascular disease. She has always been health-conscious and a routine exerciser, but recently took this to a new level after suffering from chronic fatigue for almost 2 years. She is a dedicated advocate to healing yourself from the inside-out with the power of nutrition by sharing her passionate journey. Cassie will talk about how we can make one simple change in our life and an easy way to add 30 different plants in our diet.
Becky Black has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Growing up on a dairy farm has helped carve her passion for home grown and whole foods. She will be sharing her passion of Aeroponic Tower Gardens. You will learn how to grow fresh produce indoors during our cold, canadian winters. Becky volunteers her time implementing tower gardens at the Ottawa Boys and Girls Clubs and will be launching a Tower Garden project with 8 lucky schools for the Ottawa Carleton School Board.
