What should I do for my self-care practice?

Accepted Answer

Whatever your mind/body/heart/soul desires! There's no right/wrong answer. Check in with yourself to see what practice would feel most beneficial (knowing it's subject to change). Whatever you decide, I encourage you to bring a sense of reverence & mindfulness (presence & loving attention)to it.

Do I have to share/speak?

Accepted Answer

You have the option to share via microphone/chatbox or not at all. If I invite you to share, you are always welcome to say pass, or to write "pass" in the chatbox. There is no pressure, only invitations!

How large is the group?

Accepted Answer

Depends! At this time, since it's a newer offering, the group may be smaller & more intimate. This means the opportunity to connect deeper, to hear from each person in our opening/closing- however, there is no obligation to share at all.

Question 4

Do I need to have my camera on?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in order to create a space that feels safe for all - video connection is required for the opening/closing of our circle. We collectively turn off our cameras in between, during our independent practice.
