Event description
Join us at Silver Creek 's Mom 2 Mom Sale and support our local hall and playgroup!

About this Event

Children grow very quickly. Many parents wonder what to do with all the “stuff” that their children no longer fit into, or use. The Mom to Mom Sale provides parents with an opportunity to sell their gently used baby and children’s items. It’s a perfect way to clean out those closets, dressers and toy boxes and make some extra money at the same time. The sale is intended for selling children’s items only. You will not find pots and pans at the Mom to Mom Sale! The sale is like a garage sale, but instead of using your driveway, you rent a table and sell your stuff with us. It’s a wonderful way to sell your items to a targeted audience, plus we help with the advertising! Parents work their own table and take home 100% of their profits. In addition to these tables we will also be featuring several mom based businesses and a terrarium building table suitable for young and old.

Hot Ticket Items:

Clothes….Oh so many clothes! The better the quality, the better they sell.

Toys, Toys, Toys… You name it, it sells!

Large Toys…kitchens, work benches, playhouses, table & chair sets, easels, etc.

Outdoor Toys…slides, basketball nets, ride on toys, bikes, wagons, skates, etc.

Baby Equipment…strollers, high chairs, jolly jumpers, exersaucers, swings, playpens, etc.

VENDOR FAQ

How much does it cost to be a vendor? How big will my table be?

Space is limited for vendors. To make the registration process as fair as possible, we use an online registration system. Table registration is now open.

The cost to be a vendor is $20 per person per table. The money from renting a table goes towards support the community hall and local events. All vendors are provided with an 8 foot by 8  foot booth spaces with one 8 foot table and a single chair.

Please note: No table cloths will be provided. Due to this being a fundraising event sharing of tables is not permitted.

Are there refunds on my table rental?

There are no refunds on table rental fees. However, should someone be unable to participate in the sale, they are welcome to find a replacement, and their replacement can reimburse you directly. Vendors will ensure they inform the event organizer of who the replacement is so they can receive important information and instructions prior to the sale.

Why is there an admission fee?

For admission to the Mom to Mom Sale, customers are asked to pay $2.00 at the door. All proceeds raised at the front door are donated to Silver Creek's Community Playgroup

When can I set up and drop off my items?

Set up begins the morning of the event at 8 am. You need to be set up and ready to go at least 15min before we open- so

please judge your time accordingly.

Once I submit my application to be a vendor how do I pay to hold my spot?

We accept cash and e transfer. E transfer details will be sent to you when we confirm that a table is available still for you to rent.
