Sinai Health 2025: Distinctive patient and caregiver experience

How do we define the desired, distinctive Sinai Health patient and caregiver experience? What should every patient and family caregiver experience at Sinai Health, and what are the most important changes we need to make to achieve that?

As an organization, we strive to provide the best care possible for the patients and caregivers that we serve, but what would it look like at Sinai Health if we were able to offer consistently excellent care, education and service that lived up to our values no matter who you are and where you enter -- if there were truly no better place for care? What patient-centred journey and standards should everyone be able to count on?

This session on September 27th from 2-5pm will bring together our people, patients and caregivers to help define events and experiences that should be part of any interaction with Sinai Health, to create a coherent, confident and inspiring experience for all. We will look at our culture, processes and commitments to support a distinctively exceptional Sinai Health care experience.
