What if, instead of coming into the new year with a laundry list of resolutions and the "new year, new me" mindset, you decided instead to practice radical self-acceptance? During this deeply nourishing 60 minute practice, we will explore this concept with breath, gentle movement and the mantra I AM ENOUGH.
Restorative yoga postures are longer held floor postures, which utilize a variety of supportive props to position the body into a place of ease and openness, inviting relaxation to the body, stillness to the mind and balance to the nervous system.
Props required: Yoga mat or soft surface to practice on
Bolster, rolled up sleeping bag/thick blanket or 2 bed-sized pillows
2 blocks or 2 throw pillows
2 blankets.
