Sippin' Tea with... Lana Bentley

Inclusive Canada and The Community YYC are teaming up to provide a series of events to introduce some of the candidates running in the 2021 civic election for Calgary city council!

This will be an opportunity to hear from candidates themselves, sharing who they are and what they are working towards, with a chance to ask YOUR questions.

We think it’s incredibly important for people to get involved in municipal politics, especially right now. So come get involved, get engaged and get activated. We CAN make change together.

In this event, get to know... LANA BENTLEY:

Lana has worked tirelessly to improve the lives of Calgarians. She worked in public healthcare for nearly a decade in child and adolescent mental health. A believer in the power of education, Lana has taught at Mount Royal University for nearly a decade. Now in a senior leadership role in one of Calgary's oldest and largest social service agencies, Lana uses her skills and expertise to tackle some of the most challenging social issues in our community.

Lana wants to put her ENERGY, EXPERIENCE, and VISION to work for the people of Ward 6.
