This four part webinar reviews what the FSM position entails and shows a systematic sales approach to drive results. Based on identifying the customer as an individual and understanding their needs with a customized presentation. The course content includes:

  • Financial Services Manager functions
  • Relationship to customers
  • An effective sales presentation

This four part webinar is presented by Jordan Goodlad and is open to FSMs in Saskatchewan.

Duration is 4 x 1.5 hour sessions : Tuesday December 14, Wednesday December 15, Thursday December 16 & Friday December 17, with all sessions starting at 9:30AM local time.

*Additional customized follow-up training sessions are also part of the continuing education process.
