Description

This workshop focuses on how sleep impacts our mental health and ability to function at our fullest capacity. It will teach you about mindfulness, sleep hygiene and trouble shoot any sleep issues you may be experiencing. These sessions will also provide some experiential practice incorporating yoga nidra, body scans and mindfulness exercises all devised to enhance your sleep.
