A 2 hours online workshop to help you establish boundaries, create a routine and implement relaxation techniques. You will learn the do’s and don’t of a healthy sleep hygiene and how to adapt the tools to your own lifestyle. You will let go of anxiety surrounding bedtime, and rediscover the joy of unwinding.

SLEEP WELL EVERY NIGHT consists of a relaxation plan, a set of techniques and nutritional tips delivered through Zoom. You will receive a downloadable PDF workbook to use during the workshop and the course recordings as an timeless resource. Since it’s online, you can participate from anywhere in the world. You simply need a device and internet connection (Although you may want to have a comfortable seat with a notebook and pen)!
