Description
On Sunday, May 6th, Stone Angel Brewing Co. and Smith Restaurant will team up for a 5-course dinner in our Solstice Room.
The dinner will showcase beer from Stone Angel Brewing paired with dishes created by Executive Chef Barry Saunders and Chef de Cuisine Quinlan Cook.
Courses
1) Scallop Ceviche - strawberry, almonds, cilantro, lime
2) Pork Ribs -katsu glaze, puffed quinoa, cashew, herb/flower salad, lemon
3) Venison - Baba, smoked date jam, parsley, pickled shallot
4) Salmon - farro, cauliflower cream and fleurettes, baby potato chips, harissa
5) Black Forrest cake - frozen vanilla mousse tube, liquored cherry sauce, chocolate meringue

Tickets for the dinner are $65 inclusive of gratuity, taxes and Eventbrite fees. All sales are final.
