Do you fear the foods you reach for when you're in a pinch? Are you not sure what constitutes a “healthy snack"? Are you tired of having the same old snack foods day in and day out?
Snack attacks can strike at any time, whether you’re at home or at work. What can keep you out of the drive-thru is how you prepare--and having a healthy snack on hand is your best defense against mindless munchies.
Join Erika Brown, RD for a fun and interactive workshop that will teach you the keys to smart snacking in 2018. You'll be surprised how easy (and delicious) it is to refuel in a nutritious way.
SAMPLES and a RECIPE BOOKLET will be provided. All you need is to bring is your favourite snack ideas and an appetite!
