This workshop will provide a brief overview of social assistance in Ontario, including the Ontario Works program and the Ontario Disability Support program. Participants will learn about the benefits and supports provided by each program, eligibility criteria, and what to do if they have applied for the program but have been denied. This workshop is presented by Community Legal Clinic of York Region and hosted by City of Markham Aaniin Community Hub.
