Tomicah is a former senior advisor to Secretaries of State Hillary Clinton and John Kerry on civil society and emerging democracies. His past professional experience also includes work with the Senate Foreign Relations Committe, the White House, five U.S. Senate and Congressional Campaigns, Reuters New Media and the World Bank.
