This module explores the new reality that social media brings into the workplace. With the ease of accessibility to the new technologies, the growth of social media networking has had a considerable impact on employee attitude and behaviours. This module considers not only the negative, but also the positive impacts of social networking technology for employers, the rights of employees, and how these 21st Century workplace issues can be managed. This module aim to provide support to managers/supervisors and help them to deal with problems cause by the use of social networking by employees.
