About this event
Soft & Strong is a 90 min movement experience. Your session will include a combination of some of our favourite classes. The block ( a Pilates & Qigong practice), shadow boxing and meditation (with journaling).
This class was designed to feel the balance and empowerment of soft and strong within ourselves. To move, sweat and feel connected to self and the other humans in our community.
Please bring a journal and pen for the writing prompts. No equipment needed but, bring your own mat if you would like.
