Somm Series: Women in Wine

This month for Somm Series, join our female-led Sommelier team as we celebrate International Women’s Day by sipping on some of their favourite female-made wines while going behind-the-scenes on the iconic producers who created them.

Seated in our Trattoria Milano – our Milanese-inspired restaurant that brings the art, culture, sips and bites of northern Italy right to the heart of Yorkville – we will explore a variety of wines created by our representing women in wine.

In this event guests will:

- Learn about wines, their history, and profile

- Taste 6 wines, 2oz pours each

- Enjoy the wines alongside small bites

- Take home tasting notes

About the Somm Series

Read between the wines at Somm Sessions, a monthly wine event series from Eataly. Each session is unique – expect a new topic, location, and format.  In these intimate conversations and guided tastings, you’ll hear from our experts on their favourite tips and tricks on how to sniff, swirl, sip and identify a variety of Italian vini. Expect to impress your friends and family with your knowledge of regions, grape varieties, and the distinct characteristics of your bottles.
