Welcome to the Canadian Club of Calgary's first in-person event since Covid changed our lives!
Join us on December 15, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. in welcoming Sonya Savage, Alberta's Minister of Energy.
We will once again be hosting our luncheons at The Ranchmen's Club, adhering to their Covid rules.

All guests must provide their QR code as proof of double vaccination upon arrival as well as their government issued picture ID.
Masks are mandatory in all indoor spaces. Masks may be removed ONLY when seated at your table while drinking and/or eating.
OUR SPEAKER
The Honourable Sonya Savage was elected as the Member of the Legislative Assembly for Calgary North West on April 16, 2019. She was appointed Minister of Energy on April 30, 2019.
Prior to serving with the Legislative Assembly, she worked as the senior director of policy and regulatory affairs with the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association (CEPA).
From 2006 to 2015 she worked in policy and government relations for a multinational energy transportation company.
Before focusing her career on the energy industry, she dedicated 13 years to the practice of law.
She attended the University of Calgary, where she earned her Bachelor of Laws in 1992 and her Master of Laws degree in Environment and Energy in 2015.
Published works include her Master of Laws thesis – Bill C-38 and the Evolution of the National Energy Board.
