About this Event

Start the New Year right with Soul Food

Transitioning to a plant-based diet is good for your health, your bank account and for the environment. It is also a spiritual practice to cook in a way that gives food the power to nurture both mind and body. Join us for an afternoon to 'taste' and 'learn' the principles of a plant-based diet and cooking with consciousness. Take away a variety of easy-to-make vegetarian dishes.
