Event description
The intention of this weekend is to give you permission to nourish yourself on all levels - body, mind and spirit.

About this Event

Soul Food Women’s Retreat

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a safe, accepting, loving and sacred space for women to connect deeply, grow together, and nourish their mind, body and soul.

When caring, purpose-driving women connect in a safe space, incredible things happen! Lori, Julie and Colleen have all experienced the power of these soul-filled connections that have catapulted them to the next level in their lives.

Whether it is having the courage to go after a goal, having a hard conversation with a loved one, or giving ourselves permission to rest, we can all use a safe space to explore what is the next step to help us achieve greater purpose, fulfillment, health, and happiness.

This is why we created the Soul Food Women’s Retreat. To give women the opportunity and environment to connect on a deeper level with themselves and others.

This retreat is a labour of love. You are precious and deserve to feel that way.

The intention of this weekend is to give you permission to nourish yourself on all levels - body, mind and spirit.

This is a space to get real about your life, clear the blocks, open your heart and connect with yourself and with other like-minded, genuine, curious and creative souls. We deeply understand the need to bring women together to feel safe, seen and supported.
