About this Event
During this 45 minute class, Katie uses the scientific understanding of how the brain works and teaches people how to use it to benefit their well-being. In this class you will learn how to control your behavior, how to focus and how to calm your mind through the practice of relaxation, guided breath work, soul searching and connection.
This is a great class for anyone, but especially students or those with anxiety, depression, mental health concerns, physical & emotional pain, auto-immune diseases and those who are grieving losses.
