About this event
Do you find that the way that you speak or respond does not always reflect the conscious that you long to show up with?
Do you have a movement or mindfulness practice that grounds and centres you but that is hard to maintain when the life comes flowing in the door?
This retreat presents a paradigm shift in thinking that helps you align our thinking and communication with the consciousness you know that you have access it. This shift radically transforms the way that you experience conflict, understand yourself/others and support how you communicate with others.
This workshop includes:
- deepening into the practice of NonViolent Communication
- living the beauty of needs, letting go of saying it right and doing it right. And instead, stepping in to the essence of who you are and what needs are alive in you.
- embodied practices of connecting to feelings and following them through to understanding your needs.
- techniques for living life and relationships in a way that is soul aligned.
THIS RETREAT IS FOR: People with previous experience studying and practicing NVC, mindfulness, embodiment practices or Interpersonal neurobiology related practices.
