Details:

Venue: Dancing Cat Yoga

Parking: There is a parking lot behind the building & street on Sixth St / Seventh Ave

Entrance: Front door is off Sixth St next to New West Optical. Go up the stairs and turn right.

BRING:

- Soft padding for lower back

- Dress in comfortable layers

- Water bottle

- Yoga mat, blanket, and cushion for comfort (you will be laying down for up to 90 minutes)

- Eye covering

Please arrive before 7pm. We cannot let you in once the sound bath has begun (No refunds for latecomers).

Mike Reed is a musician and sound healing practitioner. His love of drumming and percussion led Mike to study at the Musician’s Institute in Los Angeles, and played in several musical acts in the past. Over the last several years he has studied counseling, personal development, life coaching, and has completed a Shamanic apprenticeship. Mike has now lead sound healing sessions for thousands of people locally and internationally. His ongoing journey of self-improvement and exploration of personal development methods has allowed him to synthesize his musicianship and spiritual practice to hold a space of healing and relaxation.
