SOUND bath MEDITATION a Curated Experience of Connection and Awareness

This is your invitation to a 45 minute S O U N D MEDITATION experience led by Lyn Sakari, certified meditation teacher, reiki practioner and sound bath musician. The Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls used, infused with gemstones and precious metals, have been thoughtfully selected for their high quality and integrity. Lyn's set of bowls are one of a kind and lovingly named 'Unity Consciousness'. You can expect to feel relaxed, restored and refreshed as your nervous system has the chance to recalibrate and attune to the vibrations, all within a safe container. Come and connect with your highest Self and the innate wisdom that resides within this space. In the spirit of accessibilty we are intentionally keeping the cost at a suggested exchange of $25 so that this is open to all on an ongoing basis. Sit with Sakari is devoted to making mindfulness and meditation practices accessible to the collective in a safe and supportive environment. Building community while awakening the individual.

Please bring what you need to feel comfortable lying down: yoga mat, meditation cushion, pillow, eye covering, blanket etc. Seats are available if you wish to stay seated for the practice. ALL are welcome - new and seasoned practioners alike.
