About this event
The experience of Sound Healing is incredibly soothing -
EACH SOUND BATH FEATURES A NEW MEDITATION THEME ♡
Ash uses a combination of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, Zaphir chimes, percussion (rain stick & wave drum), and a quality sound system to immerse you in a vibrational and sensory experience.
Deep relaxation and releasing tension + built up or stagnant energy is the end result.
Ash leads you through a guided meditation with light breathwork, before using a combination of Reiki + sound & frequency to help guide you to a place of deep meditation & gently bring your mind, body + spirit back into alignment.
Group events are a great way to introduce yourself to sound & energy healing if you would like to give it a try before committing to a private session or, connect with others in a community environment. So relaxing, welcoming & less of a financial investment.
The event begins at 7pm / please aim to arrive 5 minutes early. We cannot let you in if the event has started.
