Embrace the gateway to autumn's energy with a 75-minute Sound Journey using crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments.

A receptivity to our inner world and subtle energy has begun. The Sound Journey, through the use of crystal alchemy bowls and gongs, is an inner journey guided by numerous sounds of different and powerful frequencies, all resonating in different parts of the body. These tones can guide us to a place in which healing and connection to our higher consciousness can take place.

A stress release at its deepest level, and it will leave you with a prolonged sense of well-being, in body, mind, and soul.
