Do I need to bring anything?

Nope, just yourself. The sound bath takes place in the planetarium’s reclining theatre seats

Is this a lying-down sound bath?

No, this experience is fully seated. You’ll be leaning back in the planetarium chairs under the dome, so no need to bring a yoga mat!

Can I come if I've never done a sound bath before?

Absolutely. No experience needed, just come open-minded and ready to relax.

This event is for ages 16 and up.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open 30 minutes early so you can find your seat and settle in before we begin. We start at 7pm on the nose and you will not be able to enter the Planetarium after we start.
