About this Event

All you need are soup cans/water bottles (or can get more creative) to join this online workout program!

Live every day of your life in your best health at any age. The Soup Can Workout is an online exercise program to improve your strength and cardiovascular health. Learn how to move better and live pain free with safe and effective exercises for your ability. This is a general strength and conditioning 2/wk for 4 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

All levels welcome!

Lead by Kim Ospina (Personal Trainer/Fascial Stretch Therapist) and assisted by Yamini Mistry & Arjun Patel (Physiotherapist) & Dr. Natalie Atwood (Chiropractor)

Program Perks:

  • Two workouts a week, 8 classes total, 30-45min per workout
  • Weekly check in with our Physiotherapists, Chiropractor, or Personal Trainer - we want to address your questions, exercise form, and any support you need! Our goal is to ensure you have the support you need and also prevent injuries
  • Weekly nutrition tip and recipe to help through these times
  • Join our fun and interactive community
  • Feel better & move better

WHERE: Online via a Zoom - a link will be provided on May 19, 2020 to all registered participants

COST: $60 for the full program OR $10 DROP IN per class
