After spending the summer testing her best soup recipes for her latest cookbook, Jill is here to share her soup wisdom. The evening will begin with a demonstration on how to make chicken stock from scratch. Next, she will show you how to use a basic tomato soup and change it into three very different variations; Mexican, Indian and Italian. You will then be treated to a salmon and potato chowder, along with Vietnamese beef Pho. You will also learn how to make wonderful focaccia bread.
