Spark Customer Retreat - a full day to focus on your business and clients!

Are you struggling to find the time to sit down and focus on your business development, marketing and sales? Then this retreat is for you. Spark Women and Business Hustlers bring you a special retreat at the end of the year allowing you to focus on who your customers are and where they're coming from. Join a maximum of 10 other entrepreneurs and spend a full day focusing on your own business's customer journey under the guidance of Babs van Gisbergen who brings her experience in the field of customer journey mapping and sales. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work with focus forward on 2020.

Connect your own business goals and values to the expectations and needs of your clients. This way you'll create clear focus on the right type of customer for your business and communicate the right message at the various touchpoints.

Program:

9:30 - arrival

10:00-10:30: short intro, what is CX and why shoud we work with it?

10:30-11:15: #brand: the morning will be dedicated to defining your own values, goals, challenges and processes.

11:15-11:30: coffee/tea break

11:30-12:15: #client - we'll create a profile of your ideal client or client strategy partner, pinpointing the decision making unit and mapping out the journey.

12:15-13:15: Lunch

13:15-14:45: #CX Customer Journey Mapping - determine your ideal customer and customer journey for your company

14:45-15:00 - Coffee/tea break

15:00-16:30: #Focus - we'll analyse the journey and brainstrorm with each other about ways to improve your customer's journey.

16:30-17:00: Wrap-up and present conclusions during drinks

There will be refreshments available throughout the day as well as a healthy lunch. Spark's riverside retreat offers a quiet and comfortable space to work on your business with other like-minded female entrepreneurs.

Doel van deze dag is om meer inzicht te krijgen in wie jouw klant is en hoe je kunt groeien door de klantbeleving te verbeteren.

Door je eigen doelstellingen te koppelen aan de wensen en verwachtingen van je klant creëer je een duidelijke focus op de juiste klant met de juiste boodschap op het juiste moment.

9.30: inloop

10.00 - 10.30: Korte Intro; Wat is CX en waarom moeten we er allemaal mee werken?

10.30 - 11.15: #merk: in de ochtend gaan we ons merk in kaart brengen, waar staan we voor en wat zijn onze doelen in 2020. We mappen de interne waarden, doelen, uitdagingen en processen.

11.15-11.30: Koffiepauze

11.30-12.15 #klant: we creëren het profiel van de ideale klant of strategisch partner (buyer persona), brengen de decision making unit in kaart.

12.15-13.15: Lunch

13.15- 14.45: #CX Customer Journey mapping. We leren hoe je de ideale klantbeleving in kaart kunt brengen en kunt visualiseren.

14.45- 15.00: Theepauze

15.00 - 16.30: #focus: we analyseren de journey en brainstormen met elkaar over verbeteringen. zetten de verbeteringen in een plan van aanpak voor 2020

16.30-17.00 Afsluiting en Conclusies presenteren aan elkaar
