Description

When Stress and Suicide Show Up at Work

Are your managers confident in having a conversation about mental health with their employees?

What would you do if one of your colleagues died by suicide?

How are your team members coping with stressful situations at work?

Join the discussion, become equipped and empowered in developing a workplace culture that is flexible and sensitive to the mental health needs of colleagues.

Industry leaders and community builders share their personal and professional expertise and strategies. Come prepared to discuss and explore:

– the effects of stress and suicide in the workplace

– ideas and strategies for discussing these topics (and mental health) in your workplace

– resources and supports available for employers/employees

We believe building leadership skills and corporate culture revolves around your company’s ability to tackle conversations with ease. This unique event offers participants the chance to engage in meaningful conversation on leading business topics/issues.
