One of the most requested topics for events we get at YWiB is public speaking, so we've dedicated an entire workshop series to exploring the many facets involved in doing it well. Seats will be limited to ensure an intimate feeling with plenty of opportunity for feedback. Don't miss out on this exciting series, secure your ticket today!
Note: all workshops run from 6 to 8pm.
Workshop 4: Networking - April 13
Networking might be one of the scariest cases of public speaking anxiety. How do you introduce yourself to someone? What should you talk about? These and all of your questions will be answered in our final workshop of the series.
What you'll learn:
- How to create the space to make your fellow networkers feel comfortable
- How to prepare for a networking event
- How to present yourself
- How to join in groups at a networking event
But most importantly,
- How to connect with others in a more meaningful way
