Cet événement unique met en relation les employeurs de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador avec des immigrant·es qualifié·es éligibles à travailler au Canada souhaitant s’établir de manière permanente sur le marché local de l’emploi.

Pourquoi participer à notre Speed-Jobbing ?

● GAGNEZ DU TEMPS : Nous programmons les entretiens sur la base de vos compétences et de la pertinence de votre profil avec les différentes offres d'emploi.

● DÉMARQUEZ-VOUS : Préparez-vous en rejoignant gratuitement le programme ASCEND et apprenez des employeurs canadiens ce dont ils ont besoin pour réussir vos entretiens.

● RÉSEAUTEZ AVEC LES RECRUTEURS : postulez à des offres que vous avez repéré chez les entreprises participantes et tirez avantage de cet événement pour vous mettre en avant.

Le Speed-Jobbing : Comment ça marche ?

● Inscription : L’inscription à l’événement est gratuite.

● Confirmation d’inscription : Suite à votre inscription sur Eventbrite, vous serez invités à une rencontre avec un de nos agents afin de confirmer votre participation.

● Après votre inscription : Vous recevrez vos informations de connexion à la plateforme du Speed-Jobbing dès le 13 mars.

● 48h avant l’événement : Vous recevrez l’agenda avec le numéro de la ronde et les noms des entreprises que vous rencontrerez (jusqu’à 5 entreprises).

● 24h avant l’événement : Si vous le désirez, vous pourrez accéder gratuitement à une formation personnalisée pour vous préparer au Speed-Jobbing. Pour plus d’information sur cette préparation : https://www.sdecb.com/programme-ascend/

Le jour du Speed-Jobbing :

● Pour chaque entretien vous aurez accès à une salle virtuelle.

● Vous aurez jusqu’à 5 rondes d’entretiens de 12 minutes avec une pause de 3 minutes entre chaque ronde pour changer de salle virtuelle.

● Le temps restant est affiché sur la plateforme virtuelle.

Accelerate your search for a skilled job in Newfoundland and Labrador, by attending the online Speed-Jobbing on March 22nd!

Our 100% online Speed-Jobbing event (while keeping the advantages of its unique format) connects Newfoundland and Labrador employers with skilled immigrants: French-speaking newcomers or skilled immigrants wishing to settle permanently in the local job market.

Why should you participate?

● SAVE TIME: We schedule interviews based on your skills and the relevance of your profile to the various job offers.

● GET STARTED: Prepare yourself by joining the ASCEND program for free and learn from Canadian employers what they need to succeed in their interviews.

● NETWORK WITH RECRUITERS: Apply for opportunities you have identified with participating companies and take advantage of this event to put yourself forward.

Speed-Jobbing: how does it work?

● Registration : Registration for this event is free.

● Registration confirmation: Following your registration on Eventbrite, you will be invited to a short interview with one of our agents to confirm your participation in the event.

● After registering: You will receive your personal access to the platform on March 13t.

● 48h prior to the event: You will receive your personal event schedule (matchings with up to 5 recruiters).

● 24h prior to the event : If you wish, you will be able to access a free personalized training to prepare yourself for Speed-Jobbing. For more information on this preparation: https://www.sdecb.com/programme-ascend/

On the Speed-Jobbing day:

● Up to 5 interviews per candidate

● For each interview, you will have access to a virtual room.

● Each interview = 12 minutes, break of at least 3 minutes between interviews to change rooms.
