For many Torontonians, an infestation of bed bugs or cockroaches is more than a pest management issue. It's a symptom of vulnerability and lack of agency. Let's explore the evolution of pest management practices and collaborative service provision to ensure that those most vulnerable are able to get the support they require when experiencing such challenges.
