Description
There are many people who have experienced deep wounding in life that has left them struggling with feelings of abandonment, anger, shame, depression, worry or fear. This module is designed to help people discover the healing that can bring about a new way of living. Based upon biblical principles you will discover the process to explore the hurts of life, find the way to extend forgiveness to those who have caused the wounding and continue on the path of maturity and well being.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the steps in emotional healing
- Discover how to process hurts and deep wounding
- Become aware of the biblical teaching on forgiveness and the psychological process to process forgiveness
- Explore steps toward well-being
Facilitator: Dr. David Sherbino MPS, STM, DMin, CSDS, FT
David is professor of Pastoral Ministries and Spiritual Formation at Tyndale and a minister at Cornerstone Community Church (PCC) Kleinburg. Professionally, he is a Fellow in Thanatology and a Supervisor in Spiritual Direction.
