Event description
Join other U of T students for a conversation on spiritual and emotional well-being.

About this event

As a student, you may be experiencing excitement, anxiety, and a host of other emotions. You may be asking questions about meaning, purpose and identity, which can be deeply spiritual questions.

The Spirituality and Mental Health Group will be offered on a weekly basis and is open to all U of T students (drop-ins welcome!). Each week we will explore a new theme related to spiritual and emotional well-being (e.g. hope, change, relationships, identity, etc.).

This group will give students the opportunity to share their experiences and challenges, and to engage in interfaith dialogue in a safe and supportive space.

Facilitator: Charlotte Ashe, Student Chaplain (Ecumenical Chaplaincy at U of T)

Wednesdays, 6 pm-7 pm, starting October 6, 2021

Zoom link details will be sent once you register
