This program will focus on teaching and introducing a variety of sports (basketball, soccer, volleyball and more) and basic athletic skills while incorporating fundamental movement and physical literacy into a fun filled, games based approach. Throughout the program, participants are taught essential life skills that ultimately provide a powerful positive influence towards their own personal development such as having a positive attitude, sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, respect, health and fitness.
