This course is an introductory, multi-disciplinary education opportunity for all health care providers and volunteers who have an interest in developing capacity related to hospice palliative care. Our interactive case-based approach consists of 3 facilitated live virtual learning sessions (3 hours each), one reflective activity, two peer-to-peer exchanges, reading requirements, and completion of eleven e-learning modules.

During the times of physical distancing, we will be offering this course virtually.

This course is offered for those working in Halton, Peel or Dufferin regions.

You must be able to attend all 3 live virtual in-class sessions from 1pm - 4pm on Thursdays:
