Join Mestre Sérgio Xocolate for an authentic Capoeira workshop. Get the kids up on their feet to learn some active Capoeira moves and body percussion! Mestre Sérgio pumps up the volume with energizing drum rhythms, call and response activities, and more! Movement & percussion accompaniment will be provided by acclaimed physical theatre artist Suzanne Roberts Smith.
This Pay What You Can programming is made possible by supporters like YOU and will go towards delivering barrier-free access to performing arts experiences to ALL children in Ontario. We suggest a minimum donation of $10 for this exciting program. The workshop will be available for replay until the end of spring break, when access will close on Sunday, March 20 at 9:00pm(EDT).
