About the organizer
Lobe is a ground-breaking spatial sound studio in the heart of Vancouver’s Strathcona district.
An array of speakers across the ceiling and under the floor, in conjunction with multi-channel vibrotransducers, entirely surround the listener in a truly unique and visceral listening experience. With the sophisticated 4DSOUND technology, sound ebbs and and flows seamlessly around, under and above the room.
Founded by music artists Kate De Lorme and Edo Van Breemen, Inscapes Spatial Sound, the parent company of Lobe, focuses on immersive sound meditation and deep listening. Lobe is the first dedicated spatial sound studio in North America to use 4DSOUND technology.
