Spring Forest QiGong

Spring Forest QiGong is a form of QiGong created by Master Lin. It comprises of 7 active standing poses, followed by a seated meditation, and harvesting to help balance the qi (energy) that we have moved.
Experience the benefits of this healing modality. Learn how to feel your own qi/energy, how to harness it and move it through your body to heal any dis-ease you may be suffering from.
Also enjoy the benefits of essential oils during class.
Wear comfortable clothing. The studio has cushions and yoga mats available.
