Description

Spring Forese Qigong is a powerful self-healing practice of gentle movements that can be done standing, sitting, or lying down. This practice consists of meditation exercises designed to assist with improving health and wellbeing and is comprised of four components: visualization, breath, postures/movements, and sound.
