Join us as we host Kathryn Hotte of Prospect Human Services for a virtual session on the Idea Napkin.
By the end of this session you will be able to,

Kathryn brings 30+ years of experience in sales & corporate executive management as well as developing/facilitating training programs in over 16 countries. She has received many accolades over the years, including national & international awards for sales achievement and, most notably, a Training Excellence award from the Canadian Society for Training & Development. Kathryn is the President & Chief Learning Officer for her company Hotte Consulting Inc. Formerly the President of the Durham Home & Small Business Association in Ontario Kathryn received a Business of the Year Award through that association. Kathryn moved to Cold Lake Alberta in 2013 and took on the role of Small Business Advisor where she received two awards from the Economic Developers of Alberta; one for a Business Incubator, the second for ‘Raising the Roof in Rural Alberta’. Kathryn was also awarded with the 2017 Women of Influence Award in the Business & Professional category. Currently, Kathryn continues to operate her training business, is a business advisor with Prospect Human Services, the Entrepreneur in Residence, for The Princes Trust Canada and is the President of the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce. Kathryn has also starred in a feature film Moments in Spacetime and is about to publish a second book Txting 2 Talking; Disconnect to Reconnect.
