CEO Platinum Roundtable is delighted to invite you to our Spring luncheon featuring Tundra Process Solutions’ Acceleration Centre for Entrepreneurs (ACE) and Erik Allen, program director, as our speaker. Tundra has won accolades for its innovative ACE program, which invites entrepreneurs to develop their inventions in the company’s lab, while supplying free legal, financial, and engineering help to launch their new products. We promise that you’ll go away inspired by Erik’s stories about how Tundra has helped laid-off workers have their best ideas tested as prototypes.

Erik will present an exciting new initiative being spearheaded by Tundra that aims spurs innovation and fast tracks the adoption of green technologies in the oil & gas sector. The company aims to create 1,000 jobs & remove one million tons of C02 from the environment from technologies that are deployed through the ACE Program. Join Erik to learn more about the initiative, and what you can do to help initiate change in our industry.”

Erik has a degree from the University of Calgary in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development, and is thrilled to be running Tundra’s ACE Program. The mission of the program is to spur innovation and create jobs by fast tracking the commercialization of green technologies that solve some of industry’s toughest challenges. He has been involved in more than a dozen different startups, during the past decade, in industries ranging from disruptive industrial technology development, to commodities trading, eCommerce, TECH, and more.

Erik is also an avid Martial Artist and attributes a large portion of his success to being exposed to martial arts as a young child. Erik currently manages a local Ninjutsu Dojo where he trains during the week and teaches kids classes on the weekends. He also runs a Martial Arts eCommerce business called Budo Brothers, which, donates 10% of their revenues towards subsidizing martial arts classed for kids ages five to 10 to help inspire the next generation. He also helps his Sensei teach “The Leadership Dojo” to students at the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business, and is extremely passionate about personal development and growth.
