Spend the day pampering your body, mind & spirit with like-minded souls. Learn the benefits of eating plant-based foods that follow basic Ayurvedic principals. Refresh your body from the long cold winter and be ready for everything Spring has to offer. Lunch is provided during a demonstration cooking class where you will have the opportunity to interact if you choose. Have all your questions answered and receive a recipe booklet so you can recreate the nourishing dishes with ease.

Experience mindful Yoga for all levels. Bring your yoga mat, a blanket to keep you warm during meditation and any other props to make yourself as comfortable. Through journaling, guided meditation and nurturing activities you will create a wellness vision to release old ways of being. Introduce healthy sustainable habits that leave you refreshed, renewed and excited to start fresh.

Susan Hoy makes nutrition focused eating easy and accessible for everyone. From the busiest people with limited time to those raising families with a limited budget, everyone can eat for health. Susan specializes in helping you transform the food in your life and adopt a plant-based whole foods way of eating without it taking over their schedule or finances. Focused on long term health and maintaining a disease free lifestyle Susan skips the trendy superfoods and focuses on simple ingredients prepared into nourishing dishes.

Susan offers the truly unique professional qualifications of being a classically trained Red Seal & CCC (Canadian Chef de Cuisine) chef and Agrologist with extensive knowledge of the food manufacturing industry. Yulia Sauter feels passionate about bringing mindfulness into your everyday life. She knows from her own experience being a busy mom, that there isn’t always time to meditate or fit a yoga practice into the day. That’s why Yulia enjoys sharing practical and easy to follow strategies to feel more grounded, content and balanced. She also enjoys facilitating guided Nidra meditations to release limiting beliefs that might keep you stuck, and powerful visualizations to start creating a truly joyful and authentic life.

Yulia is a certified Yoga- and Meditation teacher and has studied with a variety of gifted teachers over the last decade. Her trainings include Hatha- and Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra Meditation, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Children’s Yoga, Shamanic Journeying, Reiki and Holistic Health Coaching.
