Event description

Description

Come walk the labyrinth to the beautiful, breathtaking sounds of Zlatna Mountain. Featuring Carmen Rosen, Shireen Nabatian, Kristina Zalite and Heidi Ravenel, Zlatna Mountain presents traditional folk songs from the Balkan region using a variety of harmonic structures and time signatures. Songs are sung acapella, with light instrumentation, and tell stories about our special relationship with nature. Be transported, moved and inspired by powerful, otherworldly harmonies and rich musical textures. This is music to warm the heart on a dark November night

The Labyrinth at St. Paul’s is a walking meditation space. On the last Friday of the month, it hosts some of the best contemplative musicians in Vancouver, drawing from many spiritual and musical traditions. Please join us between 7pm and 9pm on Friday, November 24th. Come walk and reflect or just sit and enjoy a musical evening of soulful expression.

Everyone welcome. Free admission. Wheelchair accessible.

Registration not required.

Opening hours for the Labyrinth are:

Tues to Fri : 8:30 am to 9:30am

Sat : 10am to 12noon

Sun : 9:30am to 12:30pm

2nd and last Friday : 7pm to 9pm
