Client Centred Care (3 hours)

This course explores the principles of client centred care. Topic will include:

• The community support worker’s role in a client centred environment

• How to develop care practices that support client centred care

• Communication strategies to support client centred care

Please be advised that we need atleast 5 participants in order to successfully conduct the session.

Please note:
Participants are expected to arrive on time for sessions in which they have registered. Participants who do not arrive within the fifteen (15) minute grace period, will not be permitted to attend the training. The door of the training room will be closed, and late participants will be asked to sign up for the next session which fits their schedule.
