Description
Stakeholder Engagement – learning to listen; listening to learn – why we should care
Defining stakeholders and understanding how they view and value our work is critical to operational relevance and impact. In this session Claire Rettie focuses on defining stakeholders, clarifying where they might fit with respect to organizational priorities, and determining ways to undertake meaningful conversations.
Jumpstart this critical conversation by bringing your ideas about stakeholders and any stakeholder lists you have.
