Join us at our 2nd Vancouver Island Quality and Business Excellence Program Night as we visit Starfish Medical! Cam Neish, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Starfish Medical, will give a brief overview of the company and industry as well as a tour of the product development and manufacturing facilities. Tying into that, our members will receive a short presentation on a specific topic that will be helpful to anyone in the quality community. Risk Management is very prominent in all industries (and in the upcoming ISO 9001 revisions) and Cam will talk a bit about it and demo some of the tools and processes Starfish Medical uses (FMEA in particular) and how they can be useful in other industries.
